The fight to sign three-time NBA champion and Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James will ratchet up even further today, when four billboards post across Los Angeles attempting to sway the 6’8″ forward to relocate at the end of the season.

Los Angeles personal injury attorney Jacob Emrani, widely known for his impassioned support of the Los Angeles Lakers, is sponsoring the billboards promoting “#LABron”, which will go up just as James and the Cavaliers visit the Southland on a four-day visit as they face off against both the Clippers and Lakers.

The 33-year-old James, a two-time Cavalier originally with the Cavs from 2003-2010 and again since 2014, is believed to be leaning toward leaving Cleveland once the current season wraps up in a few months.  It is widely believed this off-season move will mark the last of James’ storied career.

On Monday, February 26th, a Philadelphia-based company launched the opening billboard salvo to recruit “the King” when it had three boards installed in downtown Cleveland, just minutes from Quicken Loans Arena, indicating Philly’s desire to have James bring his talents to The City of Brotherly Love to join the 76ers, which boasts a highly-talented corps of young stars.

In response, Attorney Jacob Emrani is leading the charge to convince James his talents would be better served in the City of Angels, where his career would shine among other Laker greats, such as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Shaquille O’Neal and Kobe Bryant; among a host of others.

The Lakers are set to host the Cavaliers on Sunday, March 11th, with the media attention surrounding this game intensifying by the minute. Only time will tell where LeBron James will end up next season, but #LABron has already arrived.
